No. The ₹1 Crore prize ladder is virtual and just for fun; it can't be redeemed. What counts is your score: how many of the 15 questions you answer correctly.
Your prize drops to the last safe haven you passed (₹10,000 after question 5, ₹3,20,000 after question 10) and stops growing. You can still answer the remaining questions to improve your score.
